Shiatsu came into my life when my own hip locked up. A single session achieved what had seemed impossible, and there I understood that behind a physical symptom lies a universe of connections waiting to be heard.
That rediscovery changed my life. I've always loved dancing, but for a long time I felt stuck and ashamed inside my own skin. It was when I learned to love and thank my body that that shyness dissolved. Today, Tango is my therapeutic journey. Dancing is connecting with another in movement — a space of absolute presence where a new way of seeing and relating to each other emerges. In essence, it's coming home.
I believe my purpose was fully forged with my mother's passing. Watching her vital energy wither after deep disappointments changed my view of health forever. In that process my spirituality was born: I understood that "love is the only thing that transcends time and space." My practice today is my way of honoring her and accompanying others to heal what in her I did not know how to walk through.
I consider myself an eternal student. Although I have read and explored various philosophies, it is in Kabbalah and Traditional Chinese Medicine that I have truly begun to go deeper. I am fascinated by the poetic side of these teachings and finding analogies between the universe and human nature.
My mission is to open that window toward your own inner wisdom. To create a space where the mind settles so your body — that sacred vehicle — can express its full potential and move freely again.
